Return Policy

Returns

We hope that you love all your purchases from Boot Country. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for exchange 30 days after placing your order and refund 14 days after. This starts on the day that your item is paid for. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

 

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a shipping bag or box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will not be accepted. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return.

 

Exchanges 

Customers have 30 days to exchange their items. This starts on the day that your item is paid for. To exchange, please call us at 601-336-5494, message us on any of our social media accounts (Facebook: Boot Country Hattiesburg - Instagram: Shopbc.ms), or email us at Reagan.bootcountry@gmail.com.

Refunds 

To receive a refund, you must return your item(s) within 14 days. This starts two days after your item is shipped. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-7 business days.


Late or missing refunds 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It is normal for some banks to take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 601-336-5494.

 

 

What happens if your order is refunded when you pay with Sezzle?

Full Refunds

When the full amount of the order is refunded, Sezzle will cancel all unpaid installments on the order, and refund any amount the shopper had paid. They also send the shopper an email letting them know about their refund. 

Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method that was charged on the order - this is an industry standard. While refunds usually post back to their original payment method within 3 business days, it can take up to 10. As long as you see the refund in your "Refunds" tab, you've properly issued the refund and there is nothing further you need to do.

Example: A full refund is issued on a $100 order. The shopper has only paid one installment of $25. The shopper's other three installments ($75 total) will be canceled, and $25 will be credited to their original payment method.

Partial Refunds

We consider any refund amount that isn't the total order amount to be a partial refund. When a partial refund is issued, Sezzle first will cancel or reduce any unpaid installments, beginning with the final installment. If the refund amount is greater than all unpaid installments, a refund will be sent to the shopper's original payment method.

Example 2: A $95 refund is issued on a $100 order. The shopper has only paid one installment of $25. The shopper's other three installments will be canceled - but as those installments only equal $75, a $20 refund will be credited to the original payment method.
