RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available in-store only within 30 days.


I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re so sorry about that! Please email info@bootcountryonline.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your name and order number
  • A photo of the damaged item

SHIPPING:

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Fridays may not be processed until Monday
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our store in South Mississippi.

What if my package says delivered but I don’t have it?
If your tracking shows “Delivered,” please contact the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) directly to locate your package.

Boot Country is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

What if my package is lost in transit?
Please file a claim directly with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order if possible or issue a refund if the item is unavailable.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it may be reshipped upon request. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.


Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.


Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! Select “Pickup” at checkout.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (typically within 24 hours, excluding weekends).

What size boots should I order?
Sizing can vary by brand, but here are some general tips:

  • Order your usual size in brands you’re familiar with
  • For first-time western boot buyers, try going ½ size down

How can I check my order status?
Use the “View your order” link in your confirmation email or log into your account. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.

Where is my order confirmation?
You should receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If not, please check your spam folder.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! Call us at (601) 336-5494
(PayPal and Sezzle are not available for phone orders.)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

What is Sezzle?

Will I be charged sales tax?
