Thank you for your recent purchase with Boot Country! Although our goal is for you to love every purchase, we understand that returns happen.
To start a return, please submit a request through our Returns Portal.
RETURN WINDOW
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items online.
Exchanges:
- Available in-store only within 30 days of fulfillment
- For online exchanges, simply place a new order and return your original item.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Visit our Returns Portal and enter the email used for your order
- Select your order, choose items, and submit your request
- If approved, you’ll receive a return label via email (cost deducted from refund)

Important:
- Original shipping is non-refundable
- You may return multiple items in one package
- Labels can only be used once
- Drop off your package at UPS or USPS

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Please provide the original receipt or include your name and order number in the package.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of makeup, deodorant, smoke, perfume, pet hair, etc.
- Returned with original tags attached
Shoes:
- Must be returned in the original shoe box
- Shoe box must be placed inside another box or mailer
- Shoes returned in the original shoe box or without it are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
🚫 FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked 30% OFF or more
- Bralettes, drinkware, jewelry, self tanner, car freshies, toys, hats, and beanies
⚠️ RETURNS THAT DON’T MEET REQUIREMENTS
- Returns that do not meet our eligibility guidelines will not be refunded.
- If approved, these items may be issued store credit only and must be in resellable condition.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- If you use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund ($5–$25, depending on weight)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse
REFUNDS
- Processed within 2 business days of receiving your return
- Funds typically appear within 2–5 business days (up to 10, depending on your bank)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Email returns@bootcountryonline.com within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
Please note:
- Damage from wear, improper care, or sizing issues is not considered defective
- Color/pattern variations due to lighting or screens are not considered defects
SEZZLE REFUNDS
Full Refunds
When a full refund is issued:
- All unpaid installments will be canceled
- Any amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method
- Sezzle will send a confirmation email once processed
Partial Refunds
When a partial refund is issued:
- Sezzle will first reduce or cancel any remaining unpaid installments (starting with the final payment)
- If the refund amount exceeds the remaining installments, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method
Important Notes:
- Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 3 business days, but may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank
- If you see the refund in your Sezzle account, it has been successfully processed

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

- Orders will be ready within 36 hours (excluding weekends).

- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Most orders ship within 24 hours, but processing times may vary.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Friday may not be processed until Monday.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location and item(s).
Please Note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes
- Additional charges may apply for multiple delivery attempts

Order Changes/Cancellations:
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been fulfilled.

- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in transit
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier:

We strongly recommend retaining tracking information and shipping receipts for all returns or claims.
📦 LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit:
- Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier
- You may contact us at orders@bootcountryonline.com for assistance
If the carrier confirms the package is lost:
- We will reship the item(s) if available
- If unavailable, a refund will be issued
Important:
- If tracking shows “Delivered,” we are unable to issue a refund
- Customers must contact the carrier for resolution
📍 WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s request. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
- Customers must provide an updated address before reshipment
- Additional shipping fees may apply
If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Boot Country is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages that are:
- Unclaimed
- Refused
- Returned due to delivery failure
Will be processed as a return once received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges.
If you would like the package reshipped, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
- Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking updates to appear
- In rare cases, tracking may not update even though the package is in transit
If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
SHIPPING GUARANTEES
Boot Country does not guarantee delivery times provided by USPS or UPS.
- Processing time (1–3 business days) is separate from shipping time
- We are not responsible for carrier delays
- Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable if the carrier fails to meet delivery estimates

What if my package is lost in transit?

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it may be reshipped upon request. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
